1. Product Information

All items sold on this website are decorative lighter cases only.
Lighters are not included and must be purchased separately. Each case is designed to fit standard-sized lighters, but fit may vary slightly depending on lighter brand and style.

2. Product Care

Lighter cases are handmade/decorative items and may experience natural wear over time.
Scratching may occur with regular use. To help keep your case in the best condition, we recommend storing it in the supplied protective pouch when not in use.

3. No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the nature of the products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind

• Colour/texture variations

• Wear and tear (including scratches)

If an item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days so we can review the issue.

4. Safety & Liability

Our lighter cases are for decorative use only.
The customer is responsible for ensuring the case fits their lighter safely and for using all lighter products responsibly. We are not liable for any damage, injury, or misuse related to the use of lighters or lighter accessories.

5. Order & Shipping

Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
Shipping times may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services.
